Bringing people and art together.

Most galleries are doing everything right on paper. The shows are good, the artists are interesting - and yet, something's not landing.

People walk in, look around, and leave. The same faces keep showing up to the same private views., and that feeling of genuine connection - the one that makes someone fall in love with a piece, or come back next month, or tell a friend just isn't there.

That's where I come in.

I help galleries look at how they connect with people, from who's on the private view list, to how the space itself makes you feel when you walk through the door.

Strategy, for me, is about people. Understanding what makes them feel seen. Building spaces where curiosity feels welcome, and where art can actually reach the people it was made for.

That might look like:

-An honest audit of your audience  (who's coming, who isn't, and why)
-Private view and events strategy  (bringing new people into your world without alienating the ones already in it)
-Atmosphere and visitor experience  (the small things that make someone feel like they belong (or don't))
-Messaging and tone  (how you talk about your artists and your programme, and who it's really speaking to)
-Long-term audience development  (building a community around your space, not just a mailing list)

This is about creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, curious, and part of the conversation, because when that happens, everything changes - for the gallery, for the artists, and for the people walking through the door.

Galleries who know something needs to shift but aren't quite sure what. Independent spaces who want to grow their audience without losing their identity. Curators who care deeply about who gets to experience the work they champion.

If any of that sounds familiar, let's talk.
